Don't think there is, but if you have 2 block skills active, for example [skill]Gladiator's Defense[/skill] and [skill]Protector's Defense[/skill]
the 75% apply to the 25% risk that you dont block. 0.75x 0.25 +0.75= 0.9375=93.75% block rate.. correct me if im wrong :P

You could replace it with Lions Comfort to be able to kill coldfires (signet of healing sucks against them because of rust)

Ok, I figured it out! After I worked out the kinks, we ran about 5 runs just hitting Aatxe and completely owned them.

Basically, the warrior just keeps up the stances as long as possible and never hits the Aatxe (thanks to Magmared for that suggestion, it helped out greatly and I never considered that part) and for the brief time that they stances are down, use SB, Deadly Riposte, and RoF and make sure that the Dolyak is out of sync with the stances so it's up when the stances aren't. As soon as the stances go back up and Dolyak is still up, pop heal sig. Through out the ordeal, hitting mend ailment every so often and reversal of fortune to stay above the 90% hp range for as long as possible. At one point we had to take on 3 Aatxe and a Dying Nightmare (which I wanded to death) and made it out with the tank never getting below about 70% HP. I'm sure we'll be able to take on 3, after a little more getting used to this build, and keep him at 90% almost always.

My Objective was to make sure that they were always weakened, which helps out significantly. Also, right before he runs in to aggro, he pops a stance and RoF I throw on BR. Throughout the fight I also run up and BR if he needs it (but usually doesn't against only two) and then dash away to safety. As soon as one gets to below 50% I use my signet and put up all my skills on dif. targets to make sure they all last full durations (SS and PoF on the same target would kill him faster and end SS early). I might get hit once the whole run when I go up and BR, but I just dash and put on Vigor and keep casting, problem solved. Energy Management for me isn't a problem at all, and as soon as the fight is over I am at full (thanks to Soul Reaping) and BR the tank and we are ready to go again. The whole process is very fast. I'll have to time in today when we get into some serious farming.

That looks awesome, just two questions:
1. How long does it take to clear out the mobs in the first room?
2. What if you took riposte instead of Shield Bash? The only attack crucial to deal with is probably Gash but you have Mend Ailment. You can build adrenaline with a spear then switch to sword to riposte.

1.) Not sure on exact time, but it's really quick. Each groups of two takes about 30 seconds or something. I only have to pop SS twice and the second one never finishes its duration if I recall correctly, so something around that time. Groups of three take of course take longer. I'll time it today if I get a chance.

2.) That's a really great idea! I never thought I bringing a spear and switching out to gain adr. I'm gonna try that combo out when I get home and see how it goes without SB.

Glad you mentioned that. I have recently changed it some. It worked well as an added heal and block, but it was really over kill. With the Aatxe always weakened and only getting in a couple hits the whole confrontation.

The warrior has faction skills so he is now running /Mes with Ancestor's Visage and Sympathetic Visage. Also has Disciplined Stance instead of shield bash.

I take res sig instead of blood ritual, now, just in case.

We can now take on Aatxes and a full smite run with ease.

Anyway I like how you are thinking. I'd like to solo/dual the UW with my warrior in a new way as well, but 55hp is not the way to go. Dopefish's W/E solo is pretty fun. If you are making a new build I would think along the lines of that.

For real...

With the Warrior/Mesmer build we can take on Aaxte and Smite consistently with no major problems.
